We build the clinical reasoning you need to apply what you already know. We also support you during your PTA program — not just at NPTE prep — and we follow up after your exam regardless of outcome. 

 Yes — and this is actually where PTA Tutor's approach is most powerful. If you failed with a group course, the problem is almost never that you don't know enough content. The problem is that you haven't built the clinical reasoning to apply your knowledge under exam conditions. We start by analyzing your FSBPT score report to identify exactly which systems and content areas pulled you under, then build a targeted remediation plan around those specific gaps. Our NPTE Retaker Package is designed specifically for this situation. 

 It depends on your time to exam date, the number and depth of your weak areas, and how consistently you do the between-session work. We'll give you an honest recommendation during your free consultation. 

 We follow up with every student after their exam date — pass or fail. If you don't pass, we offer a free 30-minute score report debrief session to identify exactly what happened and build a revised plan. We also offer a 20% discount on your next package as a documented policy. We also track all retake outcomes so we can continue improving our approach. Your success is an ongoing commitment, not a transaction. 

 All sessions are conducted online via video call, which means you can work with PTA Tutor from anywhere. Sessions are scheduled flexibly around your availability and serve students nationally. 

 Absolutely. PTA Tutor was built to support students throughout their entire PTA education — not just at the NPTE finish line. We tutor students who are struggling in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, pathology, modalities, therapeutic exercise, and other program coursework. If you're in the program and feeling behind, reaching out early is always better than waiting until NPTE prep. 

 Yes — institutional partnerships are a growing part of PTA Tutor's work. We offer several B2B contract structures for accredited PTA programs, including at-risk student intervention packages and NPTE cohort prep programs.
